Was nicht geführt wird, steht als Lücke da, nicht als Null. Kasse und Rechnungen zählt es nur zusammen, wenn Sie erklärt haben, dass sich die Kundenkreise nicht überschneiden — und genau diese Erklärung steht dann auf der Aufstellung. Weil darin Ihre Marge steht, schalte ich es nur ein, wenn alle mit Zugang sie sehen dürfen.At month end one statement for your accountant instead of several exports: till sales, invoices and staff costs from time tracking — with period and cut-off time, as a spreadsheet to work with. Whatever isn't recorded shows up as a gap, not as zero. Till and invoices are only added up once you have declared that the customers don't overlap — and that very declaration is printed on the statement. Because it shows your margin, I only switch it on if everyone with access may see it.

The look as well — your name, your colours. Then I show you and your people how it works. Any errors that come up during setup, I fix; that's part of the setup and isn't charged extra. And beyond that: if a bug shows up in the software within the first six months, I fix it free of charge.

- Keine Provisionsabrechnung. Stunden und Umsätze stehen da; wie Sie Ihre Therapeutinnen beteiligen, rechnen Sie selbst.No commission payroll. Hours and revenue are there; how you share them with your therapists you work out yourself.
- Kein Warenlager. Für Öl und Shampoo im Regal ist nichts vorgesehen — wer davon viel verkauft, braucht einen Baustein mehr.No stock management. There's nothing for the oil and shampoo on the shelf — if you sell a lot of it, you need one more module.
