Je Auftrag steht, was er eingebracht hat: berechnet, davon bezahlt, minus Stunden und Material — in einer Ansicht statt in zwei Auswertungen. Ohne hinterlegte Kostensätze gibt es keinen Deckungsbeitrag, sondern den Hinweis, warum nicht. Am Monatsende dazu eine Aufstellung für den Buchhalter: Rechnungen, Material und Personalkosten, mit Zeitraum und Stand, als Tabelle. Was nicht geführt wird, steht als Lücke da, nicht als Null. Weil darin Ihre Marge steht, schalte ich es nur ein, wenn alle mit Zugang sie sehen dürfen.For each job you see what it brought in: invoiced, of which paid, minus hours and material — in one view instead of two reports. Without cost rates on file there is no contribution margin, but a note saying why not. At month end, one statement for your accountant as well: invoices, material and staff costs, with period and cut-off time, as a spreadsheet. Whatever isn't recorded shows up as a gap, not as zero. Because it shows your margin, I only switch it on if everyone with access may see it.
